Wallbanger Fantasy Racing is not affiliated with
Sprint
Cup, NASCAR, any drivers, teams, tracks, or its sponsors.
- All decisions of
Wallbanger Fantasy Racing are final! Wallbanger Fantasy
Racing retains the right to terminate any team for using
improper or derogatory team names.
- REFUNDS:
(When Pay to Play leagues
are offered)
NO Refunds will be issued once the green flag has dropped
for the first race of a segment.

RACE
PICKS/SELECTIONS:
Race Picks/Selections are based on the CAR NUMBER
first, not by driver. You will receive points of where
the CAR officially finishes the race. If
there is no car number next to a driver that is in the
race, he is still eligible to be chosen.
- If a CAR
you have selected fails to participate the race, you will
receive 0 points for that CAR. Car Selection errors made
by you, the contestant, will not be corrected. It is your
responsibility to verify that the CAR selections made
prior to the race are correct. After you select your CARS,
wait for the "CAR
SELECTIONS UPDATED SUCCESSFULLY"
message and verify your current
drivers for each league you are in.
- CAR changes
must in before the shutoff date and time denoted on the
CAR/Driver picks page. The page will close at the time
specified. If you try to make picks just before the
shutoff time, but then try to submit them after the
shutoff time, the picks will not be allowed. Therefore,
submit the picks BEFORE the shutoff time.

INJURIES/REPLACEMENTS:
(1) If the car's driver you have selected is injured
DURING the race and can not finish and is replaced by
another driver, you will still receive the points of where
the car finishes regardless of who the driver is.
(2) If the car's driver you have selected
has qualified, but is injured BEFORE the start of the race
or can not drive, you will receive the points of where the
car finishes regardless of who the driver is.
- PENALTIES: The
Wallbanger points system awards points for the official
final position of the CAR.
(1) If the car's driver is penalized by a
points reduction but maintains his final position, you
will not lose points!
(2) If the car's driver was penalized by
position, a correction will be made to the final results
and may change your score and rank in the standings.
NOTE:
Once the results of a race are made OFFICIAL, no
changes to the standings/results can or will be made.
- If your service
provider is down for the race and you cannot get on the
Internet, you will receive a zero if you have never made
any car selections. This only applies for the first race
of a segment. Once you have picked CARS for the first
race, those car selections will carry over for the
remaining races with no action required on your part. You
can always change them before each race. If all else fails
you can call them in prior to the shutoff time. Please
call only as a LAST resort.
- If for some act of
God, Mother Nature, War, etc... our site is down for a
period of more than 2 hours prior to and up to the
scheduled race shut-off time, the scores from the previous
race will carry over and the no points will be won or lost
for the missed race. This is the most fair
action for all that can be taken.
- All ties between like
positions in the final standings will combine and split
the prize equally.
- Prize winners are
responsible for all taxes to be paid on winnings.
